Ever wondered if there is more than an IQ score? Ever wondered about the nature of your own “smartness”? WomanityLEAP seeks to prepare all those who work with young women to find and foster talent beyond the fixed assumptions about one’s intelligence.
LadyLeader Innitiative
LadyLeader initiative is designed to support women in discovering and applying in the real world their own potential. Explore our training materials, mentoring opportunities and a growing community for women who want to develop their ideas and take a more active role in their communities.
Women of Impact
Supporting women from rural, remote and underrepresented communities in Romania and Bulgaria to turn experience, ideas and local knowledge into meaningful community action.
Our projects & Impact
InterArt is actively contributing as a partner with expertise in psychoeducation, innovation in non-formal education and active learning in over ten international projects. Our projects empower women, seniors and people with fewer opportunities to recognise their strengths and create meaningful change.
Each initiative is designed to create lasting impact for both individuals and their communities. We are proud that in the last 5 years we have reached over 1000 women from different backgrounds and have supported their journey towards meaningful expression of their talents.

Our organization
InterArt Foundation was created in 2021 by professionals from psychology, education, coaching and technology. Our work brings these fields together in projects addressing participation, mental health, leadership and access to learning.
Alongside partners across Europe, we develop methods, training programmes and resources that are tested with the people they are designed for.
