Through these programs, we create accessible, free resources for those who want to learn new skills, explore their talents, and make a meaningful impact in their personal and professional lives.

The WomanityLEAP project aims to promote a broader and more inclusive understanding of intelligence—one that moves beyond traditional IQ-based measures. Conventional definitions often overlook the diverse talents many people possess, making it difficult for them to connect their abilities to suitable training or employment pathways.

LadyLeader Generations is an Erasmus+ small-scale partnership in adult education that supports women from disadvantaged backgrounds in Bulgaria, Latvia and Poland.
The project builds on the previous LadyLeader programme, adapts its existing modules for different age groups, adds two new modules focused on social entrepreneurship and community initiatives, and develops a multi-format game for reflection, learning and leadership growth.

TALES2SHARE seeks to foster understanding, build connections, and promote an inclusive society in the new Europe by encouraging the sharing of personal stories and experiences. The project will develop a Digital Storytelling tool, complete with guidelines for recording and sharing stories, along with a Competence Framework focused on personal, social, digital, and language skills. These resources aim to empower as many women as possible to share their stories.
