About InterArt

InterArt Foundation was created from a shared interest in how people grow, adapt and create meaningful change in their lives. We bring together psychology, education, coaching, creativity and technology to develop learning experiences that are thoughtful, practical and connected to real needs.

Our work is mainly focused on women, young people, seniors, educators and people with fewer opportunities. We combine training, mentoring, knowledge exchange and creative practices, working both with individuals and with the professionals and organisations that support them.

How we work

We are interested in what happens when knowledge moves beyond theory and becomes something people can recognise and use in their everyday lives.

Our approach combines psychological and neurocognitive knowledge with non-formal education, coaching, visual and kinaesthetic practices, storytelling and group learning. Depending on the context, our programmes explore emotional intelligence, leadership, mental well-being, cognitive flexibility, communication, critical thinking and personal or professional transition.

We do not believe that one method works for everyone. This is why our work is shaped through dialogue with participants, educators, communities and partner organisations.

Our projects

Through our national and European projects, we work on topics such as women’s leadership, inclusion, active ageing, employability, emotional intelligence and digital skills.

Each project brings together different forms of expertise and turns them into practical activities, learning materials and tools. We work with participants, educators, organisations and international partners to ensure that the results remain useful beyond the formal duration of the project.

Resources

The resources developed through our projects are created for practical use. They include training materials, handbooks, facilitation tools, competence frameworks, educational activities and guidance for professionals working with women, young people, seniors and other groups with fewer opportunities.

Many of these resources are available openly and can be used by educators, trainers, community organisations and institutions in their own work. In previous projects, national findings were used to develop handbooks, training content, and step-by-step guidance adapted to each country’s needs.

Legal basis

Inter Art Foundation is registered as a non-profit organisation under Bulgarian law. The organisation is for public benefit, so it does not operate to generate profit, but to drive positive impact in Bulgarian and EU communities.
